Well, it seems that we've lost our manager at work. He was transferred to Project development for 6 months to help another manager, Ken, who was dropping the ball., It also turns out that a couple of days after our manager was transferred, Ken was laid off so this may be a permanent shift. The cool thing about our manager, Jeff, was that he was extremely competent and trusted us in everything. Working for him was great. He never questioned our judgements and allowed us to make our own schedules.
