loudbutpointless

6 days solid work with only min rest between shifts which barely gave me time to eat then sleep,plus all the other stuff ive kinda taken on and cant "forget" about.....now i can take a breath and relax but im stuck in the pattern of the last few days and cant seem to revert to my happy mindless cave troll mode,any suggestions to cure this?.
was so brain dead yesterday that i must have spent 10 mins watching the cat stare at a moth

.....he didnt even catch it
