Well I signed up for more classes, and i am starting to work out more lately. I want to start taking supplements to help with weight loss. Does anyone know of any good natural ones out there? Or ones that dont have a lot of side effects. I used to take hydroxycut and it worked great, minus giving me massive caffeine highs.

Phenphedrine is the best I've used but I don't know about "natural". No caffeine but plenty of B12 abd B6
