Deep sigh.

I guess there was confusion and it is resolved and Salome is back.

I'm sorry to have upset anyone and i can't wait to write back as I am touched so many felt the love for my favorite suicide girl.

I think this is such a novel and wonderful site and i would hate to leave. I can't imagine where else one can enjoy political discussion, sex and news, naked hotness, and opportunites to meet real people at events...

it is a gestalt of so many needs being met. I would hate to leave.

I met with 15 members of the Iowa State legistators tonight. People in Iowa are very interested in and supportive of Barack Obama. All members except the head of the Iowa state senate and the head of the Iowa house said they support Barack, and the heads said they were undecided - naturally they have to.

They mentionned that Iowans have long memories and that Bill did not campaign there in '92 since Harkin was running. hilary has fewer offices, fewer caucas captains, and there is much less trust.

They said Iowans can register "Democrat" on the spot and vote in the primary, then unregister and go back to being republicans and independents or another party. They expect some 125-145,000 Iowans to vote in the democratic primary. they said John edwards, lovely man thta he is, cannot win. they said it is clearly between Barack and Hilary.

They said that at this point 4 year ago, Howard Dean was at 40% and Kerry at 15%.

They also said that Iowans are looking for two things:

1) Ideology. What do YOU stand for?

2) Pragmatics: Are you electable? What do you want to accomplish?

As the talk of war in Iran heats up, Iowans are finding Barack's message more appealing.
