the ex-wife called friday night right as i started to play cards. i told her i'd call back on sat. when i did she went off. i try so hard not to explode over the phone, but one day - probably real soon, i think my paitence will expire. other than that, my shop is officially merging with another store, and this weekend we will be in the ATL for a tourny. i will be working the floor trying to trade out stuff for better stuff and cash. i'm so damn tired. i need a vacation where all i have to do is nothing. that would be so nice.

it seems that you can't turn the tv on without seeing the virginia tech massacre. i know it was devistating, but damn people, leave them in peace. it sickens me that tradgedy seems to take a forefront in the media these days. why is no one looking into the fact that gas has skyrocketed yet again? what happened to GW's probe into the oil companies? that to me is the real tragedy. the fact that rich men can cripple a nation for their own selfish gain. the only way that it will ever come to light is if the shooter at the virginia tech slayings put something in his suicide note stateing that the high cost of gas made him do it.

i'm full of ALL kinds of good news today, arn't i?
