Not that summer gives me more free time, but for some reason, summer is more inspiring when it comes to completing projects and achieving goals. So this is what I'd like to accomplish this summer:
Read: The Secret Supper, The Satyricon, Ovid's "Amores"
Write: a novel (or most of one anyway), poetry as my heart pleases
Watch: many movies from netflix, the sunrise
Learn: to knit
Listen: to intoxicating music whenever possible
Dance: bellydance (I have a dvd since I can't make any classes....)
Make: bracelets, funny little films with action figures, scarves (if I learn to knit), art
That sounds like plenty to do. I should never get bored.
I went to look at the new house today and mentally planned where to put my bedroom furniture. I need to paint the room before anything gets moved in. I'd like to keep things simple. It sucks that I'm a packrat.
I like it there.
Blah to my camera and how quickly it eats through batteries. I'll post pics later this week maybe. I'm doing a shoot with a friend on wednesday. My hair is pink now. Bright pink. It's hot.
Well, I'm off to play poker now with friends...and then we're watching The Omen.

I wish devouring batteries was the only thing wrong with my camera right now. I was visiting my sister and here daughter was playing with my camera ( I had no idea she got it out of my bag ) and dropped it off of the table breaking it......my warranty just ran out to. $800 to replace it. *single tear*

It just sucked a lot not only because of the money but I had photo shoots set up with people and was forced to cancel two of them and re-shot the one with someone else's camera ( that I don't feel is nearly as good as mine was. )
You should post pictures of your hair. I really wanna see it ^_^
