it really sucks when you honestly do know better than the management (and not being cocky or arrogant). That would be part of my problems with Target. It's like I go from working on aircraft electronics as a shift supervisor-capable worker to setting and straightening boxes on shelves.
I'm not some dumb and ignorant kid they would hire, so I don't know why the management would think as such because my hourly pay isn't as much as theirs. But that's the buddy-fucking of corporate, civilian America. No one cares about their subordinates (in fact try to exploit them as much as the law allows them) in the civilian sector, and people wonder why servicemembers go back in or make a career of the military. They choose to go back where the sane people are.

the military isn't a bad deal for anyone. There's a lot of things that the military provides you that the civilian sector won't. You won't be ballin' like you could, but where else can you make approximately $30K with full medical/dental benefits by the time you're 22 or 23?
There's not too many trade-offs for job security and a guaranteed paycheck every 15th and 1st I see in my eyes.
