I went to bed around 11pm last night without having taken an evening nap, because I was so sick of going to sleep at 7pm and waking up at 11pm and then going back to sleep around 2 or 3am. So I finally fell asleep around 12am, and woke up around 6am, and heard birds chirping and my mood really picked up. Then as I approached the entrance to my work, I heard like five different birds chirping differently and my mood went up to a level it hasn't been since..........god I don't even remember. Well, maybe it was cause I knew I would be leaving work earlier, but I dunno, it was genuine though and its still with me to some effect. So I told the doc everything that was bothering me and he believes that the reason I havn't been doing a #2 right is cause of stress and anxiety. He also prescribed me some Prozac and didn't really have anything bad to say about it but was rather optimistic of the drug. So I will take it for a month, and we'll go from there. Quite frankly, right now, I don't feel like taking anything, but I know how quickly my mood may change. I dunno, I guess I have to deal with this day by day.
