So I got an addiction to scratch lottery tickets because I still have no brain. Well I have a brain, I am really lacking some discipline though. I just want this to end right now. Ever do something that you know you shouldn't do? What part of our brain allows us to do that?

Not sure about the scratch tickets. I used to put a bit too much money into slot machines some time back. Eventually I got so disgusted with myself I no longer enjoyed playing. But that's no advice really.
I can only tell you what you already know but is true nonetheless - you're the only one who can make you quit.
