I have many flaws. One of them being that I like to look back on my past way to often. I so wish I had put a bit of an extra effort into preparing for college. I do regret going to where I went to BIG TIME. I should have gone to like Penn State or some other big university. But the real reason I say this is because my social life took a big downturn when I moved back to wichita. Fucking idiotic move on my part I must say.

Which leads me to my whole moving idea. Yea I would love to do it, but is it smart? What it boils down to is buying a house. New Jersey house=50+year old house for $150,000. Somewhere down south= 10year old house for $80,000. However, the catch is getting a loan. If I were to move, I would basically have to start from scratch because job stability is a big factor in getting a loan. I am going on 4 years now with this company which means I think I have better chances of getting a home. Mentally, I view this area I'm in (westville) very dirty and wrong for me. Up north a bit, it seems to be not so densley populated and perhaps a bit more clean, although I just may be talking out of my ass with those statements. I've been looking around my job area, and around shadyvito's area....by the way, I heard that area was ranked among the best places to live..........
