I so want to be a part of the pen-pals group but I"m not a member in a regional group and well, I'm just not interested in the regional group as of right now.

I have insurance witch will pay for all this, if Im approved for the surgery in the first place. Or I could pay for it out of pocket. That would only cost me $36,000.
