Well, my training methods have me somewhat fooled. I always considered myself as a weakling when it comes to telling other people what to do, but in the situation where it comes to me training someone for my position, I've been rather aggressive but patient. I think it will work out ok. I got just a taste of what my new position will be like and it seems very exciting. Lots of problems to take care of!
