Been away, due to work, working hours and hours a day no time to play, great pay thou for someone my age. For the job i am doing is pretty simple indeed.

I been sick for the past week and half , unread emails sit, voicemails go unheard, pieces of mail lay in my office, growing discolored. no energy, lack of movement. I feel like I go hit by a bus and just flu like symptoms. Doc says its a virus. Nothing he can do, just need for it to fin.

I have stopped smoking though before this illness happened.

Mountain Bike, after I return from a vacation. I want to get healthier.
