!st blog...not really sure why i have never done any thing on here mostly because I have to many internet community vices.

So early in the week my kitchen ceiling collapsed on itself because of a water hose breaking in the bathroom above it. It was a shitty couple of days wondering what the insurance would cover if anything. There was a shit ton of water damage to the bathroom,where it started the kitchen of course and even some to the basement. Found out yesterday that the insurance is going to cover everything and they started the demo on the kitchen. Its down to bare bones now. So hopefully in a few weeks all the remodeling will be complete and the house will be better than ever!
