lost_girl

so i took myself off to the film festival today.
i didn't have anyone to go with so i just went by myself.
i went and got a coffee from my favourite coffee place...while cleverly avoiding my work place...and went to the movies alone.
i kinda like going to the movies alone.
i wandered around and people watched and then sat in my seat and people watched some more.

i saw 'half nelson'. which is easily one of the best movies i have seen. i totally recommend going to see it.
it has ryan gosling from the notebook in it.
his character is soooooooooooo different from the notebook tho.
it's a crazy dark messed up movie. i loved it!
i think ryan got nominated for an oscar for his performance...hmmmm...don't quote me on that tho.

so yeah...that's about all i have to say.
i didn't do much else. grabbed a salad from my fav pizza place on the way home and then looked for places to stay in melbourne.
i think i've finally decided on where to stay. there's still some time left to change my mind.

i'm restless. i want everything to be organised and just be getting on that plane already.
i'm ready to go.
