so this is my first journal entry after being on suicide girls for a few months. i suppose i will just tell a little about myself. my name is michael/mike (whatever), im 21 years old, 22 in a few weeks. i live in pocatello, idaho, im origionally from riverside, california then moved down to san diego. ive been in idaho for a few years now. i work and need to start school.
the local scene here is all but dead so i go down to salt lake city, utah (2 1/2 - 3 hour drive) to see shows. occasionally we'll (friends and i) make the trek up to boise, but its farther and i like slc for the most part. but dont think im just some complainer bitching about there not being a scene and not doing anything about it. i play bass in a yet to be named band. we practice often and i imagine will start playing shows here preety soon. were not quite there yet... besides that i try and make it out to most shows (although lately it seems all the good bands are long gone) or local events. i will say that promotion for the pocatello area is suffering. but hopefully we can do something about that soon.
ummm....about me....im currently listening to tiger army....reading hells angels by dr. hunter s. thompson...straight edged...hungry...tired...and done with this for now.
