wow. what an intense day. I spent all weekend in the jemez at a house my parents own. so i have no phone no tv no radio it's great. But when i came back I got really bad news.
The first nm national guardsmen died in the war this weekend. He's from the 126th mp company. That's my husband's unit, he just got back tow months ago on a medical discharge, he almost died himself. It's really sad, this guy that died was a really nice guy and alway treated my husband well. He had 5 kids, we saw them at all the family meetings my daughter and I had to go to like every month to update us on the "sucess" of the 126th mp company so far.
It's really sad, and i don't really know how to go about offering my condolences to his wife and children.

This whole war just hit me really hard when i heard about it on the news. I'm so thankful that my husband is home. It's hard to think about it. It's his company and he was there with that guy. It makes me remember how i felt when he was there.
