I am a black hole. I wander directionless through the ether, singling out the brightest stars so I can suck them in and crush them.

So that was a shitty week

I spent the first half of it with the flu, and then I split up with my girl. It was definitely the right thing to do - I just wasn't into it at all, and we'd only been seeing each other for a couple of months so it's best to stop things now before they get out of hand. Plus we're likely to end up living 4 hours apart pretty soon.

Despite all that rationalisation, I still feel like a complete asshole. However, after telling her how I feel, that was the first time for about the last 3 weeks where giving her a hug didn't somehow feel like lying to her.
