Thanks for all the good wishes. I've arrived and have a new home, new job and new car. I'll probably not be posting much until the removals people turn up with my computer tho' (should be a couple of weeks)

Right, this is my last weekend as a resident of SLO, so I'll mostly be getting drunk. It's wierd, I've only been here a year, but it feels like home, I'm so sad to leave everyone. I *am* excited about moving to Seattle tho'.

Last night, I narrowly avoided an embarrasing situation with a friend of mine who got really drunk and spent all night coming on to me. Luckily she continued to get so drunk, she was sick and I got her a lift home. Well, I think that went pretty well. Fingers crossed.

So I didn't get the job in Santa Monica - no big deal, I was pretty convinced by the end of the day that it wasn't the right place for me anyway.

So, more interview joy to follow this week...

Today, I have lost the motivation to do anything at all.

Ha! I have my phone back and three job interviews. I might be living in YOUR town real soon.

I have lost my cellphone. Suddenly I realise how sadly dependent I am on this little piece of technology.
