so I am trying something new. My lifestyle went from very active to pretty much sitting all day. so I gained some weight. and I am limited on the types of work outs i can do as of late so i am on a 1200 calorie diet. I have been doing well so far. I went from 157 lbs to 142 lbs. so i am pretty happy my goal is to get back to 125. however i have been getting bored with my low calorie foods. so i have been looking for new recipies and good snack foods to eat because i am a muncher i like to eat through out the day.
