Okay so I actually have something to post about now ... this should give you an idea just how time I have on my hands at the moment ... my flatmates organised a 'mars bar tasteoff'. Like I said it wasn't my idea but I was a willing partcipipant and for that I probably get quite a few nerd points.

An acquired taste I guess

On other news my dreads are finally going to happen ... francesca is doing them for me tommorow night ... so roomie is going to take a bunch of before pictures which I'll put up here ... looks like we won't have time to do all of it on monday so the rest will be done on tuesday ... essentially then i have a whole day looking like 'a bit of a tit' with only half my hair dreaded and the rest normal ... methinks i shall be wearing my big black hat ... ALL DAY.

Anyhow its really sweet of her to go to all this trouble so I'm going to get her a really nice copy of Gormenghast as I think she'll like it as (though they are quite different) most people who like Lord of the Rings (which she does) will like Gormenghast I think.
