so i'm not doing anything just now so I thought I should update this thing. So I guess someone appreciates bear cos they finally let me into SGSF ... anyway lets see what have I been up to. Well term started but its a bit too early to say which one's will be any good. I'm going to try and stay up with the readings this semester for a change although that will get pretty hard once the essay questions start getting handed out. Am going to try and be a bit more sociable too ... am going to try and go along to the uni slam poetry sessions though I couldn't find time for that today unfortunatley ...

Anyway so my lady was here and we broke up just before we left which is actually quite liberating .... its hard keeping up a relationship with someone 5000 miles away for five months when you only dated for four months in the first place. Anyway she was pretty upset at first but was okay after a bit and we left on really good terms ... she gave me a lovely old JS Mill book Dissertations and Discussions with an inscription on the inside page and I gave her the handpuppet known only as 'bear' (with the shades). Also gave her a cat in the hat book.

Anyway thats enough stream of consciousness for now

Prom sounds like a good idea i'm thinking now ... i haven't had a good night out drinking for a while .... could be fun although I should really make more of any effort in groups so i actually know some people when I'm there.
