Filling out profile realised I suddenly have no bloody hobbies ... Berkeley workload is a pain in the ass. This semester will try to make some time for slam poetry society and actually start writing again.
Also should start reading some fiction in between the philosophy books ... man I need to get back some soul this year. Hopefully if other pete fixes the creative that should help.
Doubt anyone is reading this but thats cool ... just felt a bit parasitic only reading everyone else's journals.
Good news! Helen is coming in 10 days! Five months of celebacy, 70 dollars a month on phone calls ... methinks I am somewhat pussywhipped but still the girl is fantastic even if she is being fantastic five thousand miles away most of the time.
Anyway we'll go and see the sealions and a bunch of modern art galleries and she can see the campus and where I've been living the past year. I've told her she should move here when she finishes her qualifications for running galleries as there is more funding here than in the UK I think.
Will try to keep things celabit (I'm dyslexsic so sue me) for the week she is here .... sex just complicates things although we are going to share a bed. Not sure how that is going to work but it will be an interesting experiment in will control.
