well time for an update then I shall go home stopping in at the local to maybe catch a game of chess as if I go home it thats fucking hegel book.
The laptop is fixed and home hooray. Unfortunately my house has neither broadband nor wireless I can steal so having to use uni computers which is annoying.
What happened with this sg walkout thing I've been hearing about? Sounds like bad stuff went down. Anything I should know about?
So finally have number of this girl I like from virginia and will call her on friday. Chance of success looks about 25% or lower but seen as she isn't in my social group there really isnt anything to lose and she seems like a lot of fun to hang out with if we can manage the friends thing.
Meh other than that my new flat/flatmate situation is working out pretty well. Place is nice and clean and he's quiet and doesn't get in my way and I try not to get in his. Occasionally we watch simpsons or something together and get along pretty good.
Decided I like zombie films anyone have any recomendations?
Not doing enough work for college as am still in summer mode will need to change that soon.
Oh and in other news I have awarded myself 1000 brownie points for caring enough about my mate and academic son (third or fourth years get to adopt freshmen) to go and see him and his band play at some ghastly 'lets recruit more christian footsoldiers' thing. the lyrics were painful but the guy has a bloody good voice and the band were good. But like I said brownie points to the muppet.

how is it being in the uk and liking a girl in the states? unless you plan to travel lots.
I was a heavy zombie film buff in my teens. I'll second the person above who suggested the 3 Romero films in order. I'd give the new one (Land of the Dead) a miss just now tho. Honourable mentions probably go to the Dawn... remake, 28 Days Later, and if you feel like it you can go for the Italian or Spanish Dawn knock offs like Zombie Flesh Eaters or The Beyond.
