We went out to dinner with my mum and a friend of hers. They didn't like Indian food, but I did, and that's all that matters.
Classes are all done, and I'm finally feeling less wiped out. I've still got a bunch of things to do for myself, but nothing class-related now.
In other news, I got a stand for my bass, and I've been practicing more often. Lots more often. I think I'm starting to suck a bit less, but I need lots more time and practice.
We leave for LA in less than a week now, so we've got a bunch of stuff to do. Getting out of town will be very good.

I miss Uni...ive been urged by my former chef instructors to return and get my teaching credentials so i can teach culinary arts in the same institution i came from.
Honestly id rather start a program teaching the urban/low income /underpriveledged/ single parent/ and pregnant teens how to cook so that they and their children will not go hungry.
i just dont know where to start with it...maybe i'll do some grant research..
