Long time no update. I've been reading Anansi Boys and playing Chrono Cross, so I haven't had a great deal to say. Still dealing with some car stuff, like the license plate and brake tag. I think I've seen Clerks three times in the last two weeks for the sake of watching different commentary tracks. I really like that movie, though, and the commentary has been pretty funny. I'm looking forward to watching The Boondocks with the Uncle Ruckus commentary. That should be funny.

Classes start again pretty soon, in about a week. I need to get my books together this week and maybe start some reading or something. This might not be my last semester of coursework, but it will be the last semester where I am taking classes for requirements. After this, I can take whatever I want.

The linux installation continues successfully. I've really had a relatively problem-free run. After a bit of tweaking everything works, and works pretty well. I keep thinking, on and off, that I should try out Fedora or Debian, or even Mandriva, just to see what else is out there and how challenging it is. On the other hand, I've read a lot of forum posts about people working to get things to work in those distros that just works in Ubuntu. It might be more rewarding, but I am mostly after functionality. Maybe over the summer, just for kicks. Until, then I'll stick with Ubuntu, and upgrading to the next release when it comes out will have to do.

Not a whole lots else to say. Except that Eragon was bad, and I don't mean good-bad.

Isn't it nice to not have much to say. I find that means life is simply proceeding smoothly.
