I actually managed to get a good bit of work done this weekend. I have most of my reading for this week done, and I don't have to do too much in the way of writing. I think I have something to say on the discussion board, which is pretty much all of the writing for the week. To celebrate, I decided to enjoy some herbal refreshment and chill. Maybe read some Crowley do meditate.

The first book of the Metaphysics by Aristotle covers some info about the Pythagoreans. I started reading some stuff on them lately. Apparently they "invented" the pentagram (meaning that they attached the meme to occult practice and it spreads from there into contemporary magick, albeit with some alteration and change). They also thought all numbers were rational, so the world was rational. Then they discovered irrational numbers. I think there's an occult conspiracy of the Pythagoreans spreading their mysticism thought western occultism. Pythagoreans might have even been behind the revival of Discordianism. After all, if the universe can handle both rational and irrational numbers, why not figure god is a Crazy Woman (HEAHD). there's more substance to this, but I don't want to drag it all out now. I just want to read about Pythagoreans. Or watch Reign: The Conquerer.

From all I can tell, my Eris is in Aries.

I think Metaphysics was the toughest read ever for me. I can safely say that I remember nothing.
