I have worked myself pretty hard this week, so I took it easy Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I don't plan on diving in head first tomorrow, either. I have the time now, and I have made steady progress. I took a trip Friday night, and smoked a bowl lsat night. I feel good now.
I downloaded Dead City Radio, a spoken word album by William S. Burroughs. Very awesome, exactly what I had wanted for a while, but didn't know where to find it. I had heard one of his spoken word pieces on WTUL a while back, but didn't have enough to find it online. When I heard some bits of the Burroughs album at Fenris's place, I made the connection. The piece I wanted did not go on that album, but I found it as well.
I also finally dumped my copy of Joe's Garage by Frank Zappa on my harddrive. I listened to it as labeled, then realized the narrative didn't fit together, so I had to rename the tracks to get the right order. Now it's on in the right order. I love this album, check it out.
I started some fooling around with an idea, but couldn't get it out. I need to do more work on it before trying to actually do a write-up.
I read some bits from the The Book of Lies last night. Crowley never lets me down when I need a laugh.

Are you going to Bauhaus? Maybe I'll see you there. I'll be the guy in black.

Really, any kind of mushrooms! But mostly just the cheap-ass white cap kind you get in paper bags at Safeway.
