I don't think it would really be nessecary to charge you for the review of your portfolio but I should tell you that I am not an architect nor am I an engineer, what I am is a draftsmen with 10 years experience. So if I was to review your portfolio I would only be able to critique you on your drafting skills and not the method of construction that you chose for each project in your portfolio. Meaning I would tell you what I think about the dimensioning skills you have, read ablity of your drawings and labeling technique you used for your details.
