Go to the doctor...four days of antibiotics and I was fine. Of course, I suffered with it for days before going. Nothing over the counter worked...just made me feel crappier.

Just cough in a jar and leave it out at a bus stop somwhere or something. Eventually, someone will pick it up...

It might not help you get over it any faster but sharing might cheer you up a little!!!!
