Well didn't hear a bag so the mysterious package must have been nothing. There is a halfway house/ group home just down the block so it is likely that someone just walked off and left something. Many of the residents are practicing the Thorazine shuffle.

My package, on the other hand, that's a different story. Completely lacking in mystery.
