I'm a bit new to the blog business, so I think an introduction is in order. I am Lord_Shade. I have gone under other nicknames, such as NewDT and PariaH. Pretentious... one's a title, the other's a play on words that smacks of fake intelligence, and the other screams martyr complex.
*Shrugs* I warn you, I am unapologetic. Melodramatic or not, I say on here exactly what I feel. Don't like it? Don't have to.
But anyways, what am I doing here? Other than the cute girls and a way to tap into my closet goth roots, I'm here because I want to join a community of like minded freaks and geeks. It can be lonely when you're a closet goth, and your only friends are RPG nerds or old men whom choose the sanitation industry as a career. Hell, I even have a hard time relating to the people at my church... so here I am.
I was led here by a friend, though inadvertantly. Her name is Aya, and we've played a few wargames. When I meet Aya and her friend this summer, she wore a Suicide Girls T-Shirt. Being inquisitive, I asked what that was all about. She told me what it was.
I never looked at that site until a week ago. And no, I didn't look at Aya's pics. There are some lines I don't think would be decent to cross. Sorry. But I digress. I went to the sight, saw the blogs, and wanted to be a part of it.
So here I am.
