Uggh I do believe I'm getting the flu. Started feeling like shit late morning/early afternoon. Come 1:30 or so I was achy, with a headache, the chills(enough to make my teetch chatter) and infrquent mild nausea. By the end of the work day my knees and back were screaming in pain and I felt feverish. Cme home...checked my temp, have a 102.6 temp oh joy.
Last time I felt like this I went to bed wearing half a dozen sets of cloths, wrapped in two snuggies, a blanket, an electric blanket on high and a heating pad lol. Already texted my boss, told him barring any escalation in illness or fever induced hallucinations (which I've had before lol) iMd be in. He replied stating not to lush it, if I'm sick I'm sick.
What sucks most is the missus and I were planning on getting our groove on lol. But at least I took charge Sunday morn, attgacked her in bed. Usually that doesn't work but hey miracles do happen.
