I never write blogs anymore. I do not really know why other than maybe I'm just boring and have very little to say, but I know that's not true at all so maybe it's just the whole living in public. Cuz lets be honest, no one really gives a shit. But fuck it, lets move on K?
I've been a good boy lately, lots of guitar playing and reading of great books. I've been drinking way too fucking much but i can't say there is a whole lot else to do in this town. More bars per capita than any other place I know of. It's really either get loaded, do meth, or sleep soundly knowing you have a great job to get up for. I always side with the get loaded part. Tweakers are not my favorite folks and yuppies abound. Other than that just being single.
I've been pretty much single for the better part of this last year and hated it at first cuz I was still so in love with the girl that left me to live in Australia but now I'm honestly dreading her return as it has the potential to derail the fun times I have been having. Not that I've been whorin around but I have been enjoying my time with the women in my life alot more these days. I have quite a few female friends, for better or worse. I got dumped officially not long ago and really only because I don't want children and she does, an amicable split but a split nonetheless. She does that lovely woman thing where they want to make sure you're still there for them but you can't be together. I'd rather just not be together at all and say the hell with keeping me around for anything more than "stunt cock" purposes. Oh well, women women women.....i fuckin love ya, what can I say
I'm leaving tomorrow for a huge road trip by myself down the coast. Should be a great time. I'm gonna try to go down to the joshua tree NP and try to ride the snake. We shall see. Wish me luck. Anyone with a couch to offer, or just time to grab a beer, on my way down, please let me know. I'm hoping to meet interesting people along with long bouts of much needed solitude.
