I got the job! Today was my second day, and so far it's a cakewalk. I get paid an assload for a temp job, too- $15.68 an hour, and I know I'll have the job for about 4 months, so I'll have some serious scratch to take back to school with me. The bad news is that it has crazy hours; this week I work 7 AM- 3 PM, and I'm working Saturday and Sunday, too. Next week I work 7-3 on Tuesday, then Thursday through Sunday it's 3-11PM. Then I get Monday and Tuesday off, and then it's back to 7-3. That's all the further the schedule's made out, so I shudder to think what evils lie in store for me in the future. Probably plenty of time in the 11PM-7AM slot. But hey, I can do it for a few months. I work in a lab, so I don't come home physically ripped and in a shitty mood. I just wish I had more weekends free, but c'est la vie. First one I get I'm headed back up to college to get ripped with my friends. It's been too long. Well, that's my big and cool news. And with that, I'm off like a prom dress...
