Yay for updating from a friend's comp where I'm staying the night. My contacts will hate me in the morning, but they'll deal. I went to a party tonight, had more beers than I can remember to count, and now I'm typing away whilst my friend sleeps on the couch. There was a cute girl there from my hometown, and I almost wanted to stick around until she got drunk enough to remove clothing, but I guess it's just as well. I mean, she used to go to my church. I think that's a sin or something. 
So went to a porn store across the street from where my friend lives (massively disappointing), and one down the street (the boy's got the placement, I swear), and in the second, I was talking to the girl who works there who was quitting after tonight, so she was giving everyone in the place a bunch of good-natured shit. I wasn't in there for porn, and yet since she was good company, I would have felt bad leaving without buying something, so I ended up buying a chocolate something or other (that promises to be an aphrodisiac) for $1.02. Now I'm going to bed, slightly disappointed by the lack of activity on the site since I checked it a few hours ago. I can't win, I swear. So tomorrow I'll get up with an ugly hangover, drive home, spend a few hours there, eat food with family, then go to work and regale my much older coworkers with my drunken antics.
PS- Watched "A Guy Thing" yesterday. It sucked. What's worse is that the cast was really damn good, and none of them performed up to what I'd expect. Especially disappointing was Thomas Lennon (from MTV's The State, and the recent Snickers ads), who has been about a million times funnier than he was in this. And there wasn't nearly enough Lochlyn Munro, AKA Cliff from Dead Man on Campus. That guy rocks my ass, but not enough here.
PPS- Flux is all kinds of cool in my book. Not that anyone cares, but she is.
