I was reminded this past weekend that, it's not the blood in your veins that makes you family, but the blood you have shed and spilled that makes us a family, point of fact a man that I call my brother that lives on the other side of the country who was just married in oct and has a kid on the way, was willing to drop everything and come help me in my time of need, the bond of war is stronger then people understand, I thank god for that bond and the horrors we lived through to gain it, I really miss those assholes

When I catch myself judging someone I feel like there's a knife in my heart, I get entirely disgusted at myself. I think it's hard to live in an unforgiving world, it's hard when judgement becomes culturally normative. Hard for those judging and those being judged.

He's just some pop star that put his pop star girlfriend in hospital from bashing her badly. He won some awards at the Grammys and performed, so that's where the annoyance stems from- its as though no one cares about what he did.

And that's because you're a decent person, that much is obvious smile
