Godspeed with the healing brother. I'm faced with the decision to give up running too, so I'm building a geezer mountain bike... full, suspension, fat tires, big fat memory foam seat with shock absorbers, mud flaps, shock absorbing seatpost, 3 sets of headlights and tailights, wheel lights, and I'm looking for a set of high-rise handlebars. I ordered a mount for my GPS, and wrist monitor for bp and heart rate too.

Just her, her car, two parked cars, a few mail boxes, three fences, a stop sign, and a few shrubs.

I took the bike out for a ride tonight, didn't feel any bumps, I can't wait till I find a set of high-rise handlebars. Those new LED headlights with optics are pretty fucking bright on the nature trails.
