okay i looked it up but i asked a few people about vegan and they must have thought i was fucing with them all i wanted was a personal answer, why is when you want to know something people think your ether stupid or being a dick

I'm fighting the good fight bro. Getting stronger with every passing day .... still not even close to 100%, but it's good to see substantial gains over my condition when I left the hospital. Might have to spend a few more days here in Italy .... with the hurricanes back home, I can't see risking the flight.

I hope you're feeling better.
