So I'm back in town and am wondering how the last week went by so quickly. It didn't really hit me till I walked through the door since I was too busy being pissed about driving for 9 hours to get home...the last two in the pouring rain. Anyway, I'm home and wondering what is going to become of these next few days...we'll see. What are folks in the SF area doing on Friday night?
Aside from the whole New Years booze fest I think I need to clean my body out though. I got to thinking on the ride home that I only drank one glass of water the whole past week. Other than that I only consumed beer, wine, Dr. Pepper and a whole hell of alot of rich vegan food...mostly junkfood. My face is breaking out, my hair looks dead and I feel like trash. I'm telling you: Being poor and only being able to consume water, PBR, beans, rice, tofu and vegetables is the best thing my body has ever encountered. I need to get back to that diet. Starting...NOW!

ps - highlight of the week: I was rowing a boat out in the harbor in Huntington Beach and a seal came up and chilled with me...it was cool shit.

I've decided that you should begin with Fabulous Muscles. It's the newest. It's also got my favorite song on it. Also, if you don't like it-it's pretty safe to assume you won't like any of his albums.
