Awesome awesome awesome!!! After working a short early morning shift I work I got back to my car to find a $35 parking ticket on my car for parking on the side of the street they were doing sweeping. Basically making my three hour shift all for not. I totally saw the sign when I got out of the car but thought, "Oh Tuesday, I'll be fine since it's Monday." Or at least it felt like Monday I guess and it was too early for me to think something was up when no other cars were there
I just thought I was being a real-go-getter and was there early you know. I had the new Faint in the walkman, a book to read, smokes in hand and a nice buzz going since I hadn't eaten since the previous day.
This is my second $35 ticket this month...I wanted to go see Morrissey in Golden Gate Park but was thinking, "Ehhh, 35 bucks is a lot for me. I shouldn't just go throwing it around." So now instead of seeing Moz I get pay it to the city for stopping my car on the wrong side of the street on the wrong day. Fuck it though. I'll probably go see him anyways. I'll worry about paying the city when I don't pay the next three tickets I get and they put a gawd damn boot on my car.
