...my car is gonna pop. it barely starts in the mornings as it is and its not gonna like my above agenda. i have a feeling my car is gonna spontaneously combust and i am gonna wake up in the car-pool lane...charred and bloody with the steering wheel around my neck

good luck getting into that class... i actually just got back from mine (it's a 3hr seminar) and we bashed consumerism ans the treadmill of consumption for a while, then hopped onto the treadmill of production, which we also proceeded to beat the crap out of. Then some poor bastard tried out some "the economy will help save the environment" clap-trap (I've only heard that word. I have no idea how to spell it.)
We tore him up like a kleenex at a snot party.

AND!!! I'm SO happy to hear you're loving the book & are now taking a psych class! Which class? (this conversation WILL go on forever.)
And too bad about the car... I never saw my oily german again after he left.
