I think maybe here in California you go to court to get assigned the penalty fee and then if you want you can take drivers training thingy to not have the point count against you. Yay for Kevin Smith! His stuff seriously roxx0rz my boxx0rz. Even Jersey Girl was *okay* and that's a big step for me since I freakin hate Liv Tyler. He has a book out of his short essays and such called Silent Bob Speaks and even his like stream-of-consciousness shit is very smart and witty.
