Friday had math test.... it was as if all of it was a foreign language. I'll be VERY lucky if I pased it -- but on the bright side... I think I might make the instructor scratch his head. there were 2 sets of problems that were word problems. One set dealt with how much compounded interest a person would get in 5 yrs with a certain amount of money......the other problem attached was to find out how many years that person would double their original investment.
The other one I cannot remember off the top of my head.

But here is the thing: I was able to come up with the first part using the stuff from the math section -- the rest of it however, I ended up looking at itt - and out of the blue opted to use a ratio- and I got an answer. Whether or not it is right is another story -- which is why i think the intstructor might be scratching his head wondering how I came up with that.

After the test, the instructor handed out the assignments for the next section: needless to say - I need to get them done ASAP- since the weekend is the ONLY time I have to do them properly. And since I only get 1 day off anymore, that day is mandatory math day. I used to think" well, maybe I can let it slide a few hours" -- but that was when I had two days off. Anymore I cannot do that: I must get is all done -- even if that means I do not get time to have fun.

I havent registered for next semester's classes yet.... I have to figure out wxactly what I am going to take -- and make sure I am not overtaxing myself.
