When I was getting ready to leave for work, the cat (that I have mentioned in a few entries) came close to the steps and let out a loud bunch of MEOWs with a side order of growling. Like I said- she is UBER protective of her kittens. So.... when she was trying to ak for something to eat- her kitties were coming over with her and trying to get close to me. While I did not try to get near to them - they still wanted to get close to me. Well, I didnt have anything to give her - and I was leaving for work.

When I was coming home from work, I headed over wallyworld and got some cheap cat food (9lives type)

When I got home, the cat was on top of the ramp (Im guessing she stays on top there so she can watch her kitties while keeping an eye out to protect them.)

I saw her there and I got the bowl I set out when I was leaving (I filled it with water when I left). I took it inside and filled it with can of food. I turned on the outdoor light -- and called the cat. She quickly snuck her head under the fence -- I showed her the food, and she ran to it.

I had to take out the trash- and when I did, she stopped eating -- but stayed there and watched me. After I got done, she waited till I ws going back in- then she started eating again.

yeah- im a softie when it comes to bein nice to animals. ( and I already know that Moddy would make some wize ass comment about the cats being there - as if I havent heard it the X amount already )



Well, gottta go... wake up in 3 hrs
