A former corworker mentioned there might be openings where I used to work. Since I left on good terms I figured I'd check into it.
Well, that workplace only deals with temp services (as in temp to hire) and the h.r. person I talked to did not knwo if there was anything long term.
(even if there was, I'd end up in a bad situation with the temp service - since they tell you that they do not place you in a differnt job unless you are not working. then if you leave that current job (giving notice) they may not have another position for you (at least they claim they do not). That happened to me back a while ago - I gave them a week notice instead of the required 2 days -- and even with that - they claimed they had not other positions -- but they only mentioned that AFTERWARDS.
Oh well - I get to work in hell still
And its not bad enough -- now they have me doing the stuff differntly. Oh well
