I should be asleep now-- but I have been awake trying to unwind and get things situated (not to mention, went to wallyworld for food)
Got out of work around 1130 pm....... and with the trend being that this week will be like last week: a less than 40 hour week. Thank goodness there are 2 more paychecks for august -- that way paying rent wont be a strain this month.
Next monday is the start of school for me. On a semi-related pissy note, think of this if you will and please tell me if you find this a bit rotten....
*20 yr old gets hired in early (he told me this) -- and he told supervisor he was going to take classes.
*I also told supervisor and CBS I was going back to school in the fall (this was back in July I told them)
*Today I check with CBS to find out how many hours I had put it ( I knew it was past 500 hours -- which was the amount needed to see about getting hired in) -- CBS told me that before last week (since it has not been recorded yet) - I had 590 hours in.
*Supervisor at work now tells me that she will have me learn this and that - and train a temp to take over my position soon
*20 yr old tells me that I will be doing his job ------He will be late coming to work on some days of the week -- he will be 3 hours late and so-I am the one that gets to do his work while he is not there -- and then ... when I am done with that -- do another position too.
Lets recap: I get to fill in for a person that will be late 3 hours becasue of school - sicne they are going to work with him ...... yet nothing has been said to be about working with me.
I also get the "pleasure" of being put in the position of doing two jobs because of this situation.
Oh joy- the thought of being put in this position makes me want to ..... puke
Maybe I will get lucky- and they will not hire me....I know that sounds bad but hey: I feel like a f'n prostitute the way Im getting screwed already
OK- my brain is starting to go on fumes... guess its time to sleep
BTW- gas prices went up (again) -- if only I had the ways and means to have a greasel vehicle.... (really!)

p.s. something wierd happened tonite: at midnite I looked at my cellphone: the date showed 0/00 !
I am not kidding! I opened the cellphone to look at the otehr screen- and it showed the date again as 0/00
I kept it open for a few moments (wondering what the heck was going on) and then the date went blank - then it showed the correct date! Since the time and date are not adjustable - and can only be set by the cellphone company -- I found that WIERD AS ALL HECK!
