I am back from my appointment. That school's stuff sucks donkey balls.
*I show her the letter and explain it had no deadline or due date listed: she claims that the dates were on another paper -- and that even though it doesnt list it on the letter - that it applies. Fuurthermore, she also stated that "when we put a date/ deadline on letters, people do not pay attention to them." Then she said" Well, I guess we will ahve to agree to disagree." I would LOVE to put her in my shoes so she can see how utterly stupid her comments were.
*She tells me that my stafford loan application is "in process" - which means diddly squat to me since it isnt showing up yet - and the bill from the school states its due on 8/1/07. (oh my- a due date! But wait: why put a due date??? WTF? )
My belief about the appintment: very little accomplished expect for a lot of smoke and mirrors to make everythign seem fine.
