I havent posted on here for a while, and I will explain why (and why I am leery about posting )
Back in 2002, I moved to Ohio and sicne I had no definite place of residence, I asked a friend who I trusted to hold onto a watch and ring that were VERY sentimental to me (my grandmother had given me her husband's (who had passed away before I was born) watch and ring. She passed awy in 2001 -- and because of circumstances beyond my control (and the whole situation) there were no photos of my grandmother -- and so the only things I have of my grandmother are her glasses, and the watch and ring.
I had trusted this "friend" to hold onto the watch and ring until I was situated with an apartment.
When I did get situated, I did not have a car good enough for long distances (at the time he lived in Dayton- and I was lucky that my cars would be able to go back and forth to work)
Anyways, after he would not return the watch and ring (even after I had offerred money to send it)- and after his friends in a forum ganged up against me - saying that I had not offerred money ( I had the e-mails and messages of which I offerred money). ONLY after a well-known person (and good friend) got involved did I finally get the watch and ring back---- and the excuse that the "friend" that I trusted had was "I got bitter when you would ask for the watch and ring". (WTF!!!)
In that same message that he tells me he wold get bitter when Id ask for the return of the watch and ring- he turns around and asks me if I am still his friend - and that if not- he'd understand.
**** Little notes:
1 - YOU DO NOT EVER MESS WITH THINGS RELATED TO MY GRAM!!!!!
You do that -and you will be FOREVER on my "You do not exist" list
2 - Anyone who would get "bitter" becasue soemone asks for the stuff they asked you to hold onto -- is a freaking nutjob!!! I dont care if the person may be well known-- you start saying you get "bitter" because friends would like that stuff back since they now have an apartment and are situated ---- just makes me thing that the person needs to be HIGHLY medicated --- or they need to get back into reality and remember that I only asked him to hold onto it until I got situated -- and it wasnt his to keep. SHEESH!
So, when I opt not to have him or his friends as friends anymore --- and I block them from my webpage (another website) -- one of them keeps changing his name- and in effect bypassing the block.
That gets me pissed off- but there isnt anything that I can do.
Also, anoter one of his friends (a distant one) - kept going to my page at least once a month (at least from what I could tell- from the timefram listed on the records).
Now recently that "trusted friend" taht started all that crap decided to change his name- and bypass the block and view my page on that other site.
After that list time, I decided not to go back to that website - and while I did leave a message stating why I am left, I doubt it made much sense -- and I am not going to go back to that website anymore-- it may have been a cool place to be- but I am not going to be dealing with someone that cannot take the hint and leave me the hell alone.
With that in mind, I wonder is that person will try other things in order to view what I post on other sites. That is why I have been leery about posting anymore. I am beginning to think that he may have issues ---because if he cannot stop trying to find out information about me (sicne this happenned in 2005)- then I think that he needs to get help. You don't try keeping tabs on a person for this long-- let alone WHY!
So, please dont be surprised if I limit what I say on this (or other) websites: I do not feel at all comfortable posting things anymore.
