Well, now I have more of an idea what is going on. Before I mention what happenned right before I went to work last night, here are a few more things to note...
*Kitty (as I call her) allowed a cat to come and eat some of her food, however when that cat tried to come near me, Kitty leaped at teh cat making sure that cat would not be near me at all.
*Kitty makes a point of coming around me - and even whrn i put food out for her, she tends to want to be petted instead of eating. This is very strange to me, since Kitty is only skin and bones.
Now, here is the part that happenned right before work last night....
I get ready to leave to for work- I ahve my door ready to shut it when I notice that Kitty is outside.... with her kittens! They did nto run away from me either: it was as if Kitty was making sure I saw her kitties.
I opted to go back inside and get more food for them, and when I did, the one kitty came right up to it and started eating. The other one was walking around -- and then went into part of the house's foundation (evidently Kitty moved them to there on Saturday night: I thought I heard Kitty rubbing her head against my screen door-- but now aqfter I think about it, it could ahve been Kitty bringing the kitties into the foundation. ) The kitties as far as I can gather are positioned right under my floor and right under where I have my computer.
When I got into my car and started it, the kitties werwe startled but did not run away. HOWEVER, one of the kitties wqas planning on coming near my car when I started moving it --- And Kitty quickly swatted that kitty back onto my steps (which are right next to the place where the kitties go into the foundation).
While I am happy that there are more kitties, and that Kitty opted to show me her little ones, I feel bad at the same time because I am worried that either the kitties will get stuck, or what will happen to them when it becomes fall and winter.
If I can get a pic of the kitties I will let you see them. To me they remind me of giant cottonballs with smiles

meow:
More kitties!!!! You should post an add for them in groups and such... perhaps the Kitties Group. I think you should try to find them a home.
